\nThe purpose of the register is the up-to-date management and maintenance of customer data.
\nThe register is used for invoicing the rental car and for sending messages important to the customer.
\nInformation is not disclosed to third parties.<\/p>\n

4. Data content of the register<\/strong>
\nThe register contains the contact information of the company’s customers and other necessary information related to membership.
\nThis information includes:<\/p>\n

Renter’s name
\nAddress and domicile of the lessee
\nThe lessee’s billing address
\nRenter’s e-mail address
\nTenant’s phone number<\/p>\n

5. Regular sources of information<\/strong><\/p>\n

Contact information is collected from the registered person.<\/p>\n

6. Protection of personal data and information security<\/strong>
\nThe contact information of the company’s customers is kept in North Caravan’s invoicing accounting. The register is only stored on the hard drive of the computer used for invoicing and its backups. The information cannot be accessed via the internet. Access to personal data is limited, and data is not disclosed to other operators. Personal data will be kept in the register as long as the registered person is a customer of North Caravan. All manual material is kept in a locked state.<\/p>\n

The register data is protected from external use and the use of customer data is monitored. North Caravan’s computer is protected. North Caravan’s e-mail program saves the e-mail addresses of messages received and sent to the company. Information sent through the contact forms on North Caravan’s website will be forwarded to North Caravan’s email.<\/p>\n

The data security of the e-mail server is taken care of by a reliable domestic service provider.<\/p>\n

7. Regular transfers and transfers of personal data<\/strong>
\nPersonal data is stored only in Nort Caravan’s internal system, which is not accessible via the internet. Personal data will not be disclosed to other operators.<\/p>\n

8. Transfers of personal data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area<\/strong>
\nThe company does not use services outside the European Union or the European Economic Area for the processing of contact information or its transfer, and no more access to the information is given than is necessary to implement the services.<\/p>\n

9. Personal data retention period<\/strong>
\nPersonal data will be kept in the register as long as the registered person is a customer of North Caravan.<\/p>\n

10. The registrant’s right of inspection<\/strong>
\nAs a general rule, the registered person has the right to check his information stored in the personal register, when
\nany:
\n– receive information about the processing of their personal data;
\n– get access to their own data and check the personal data about them processed by the company;
\n– demand the correction and completion of inaccurate and incorrect personal data;
\n– demand the deletion of their personal data;
\n– withdraw his consent and object to the processing of his personal data to the extent that the processing of personal data is based on the data subject’s consent;
\n– objects to the processing of his personal data on grounds related to his personal special situation, to the extent that the basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the association;
\n– to receive their personal data in electronic form and transfer the relevant data to another data controller, provided that the data subject has himself provided the relevant personal data to the company. The company processes the personal data in question based on the data subject’s consent and the processing is carried out automatically;
\n– demand the restriction of the processing of their personal data.<\/p>\n

The registered person must submit a request regarding the exercise of the above-mentioned right in accordance with section one (1) of this data protection statement – Controller and contact person. The company can ask the registrant to specify his request in writing and to verify the registrant’s identity before processing the request. The company may refuse to fulfill the request on the basis stipulated in the applicable law.<\/p>\n

11. The right to appeal to the supervisory authority<\/strong>
\nEvery registered person has the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority or the supervisory authority of the European Union member state where the registered person resides or
\nthe workplace is located, if the data subject considers that his personal data has not been processed in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.<\/p>\n
